The best way to iron on patches is to place the patch on a clean, dry garment, cover it with a pressing cloth (like a tea towel or parchment paper), and press with a hot, dry iron (350-375deg or cotton setting) for 30–60 seconds, applying firm, steady pressure.
For maximum durability, turn the garment inside out and iron the reverse side for another 30 seconds, then allow it to cool completely.
